Food For Thought

Meet Jake. There’s more to him than meets the eye. An east coast culinary veteran of nearly fifteen years, Jake’s creative sensitivity is peeled back underneath the tough exterior upon first impressions through the experience of an elaborately prepared dinner. By understanding the intimate thought process behind the acute craft of butchery, we can learn the mutual respect between human and animal, and only then can we appreciate the artistry of a craft that is so often misunderstood.
